The surrounding environment of the village of AP ’TAPEGUHE’ ’is very degraded by the proliferation of faeces which constitute breeding grounds for diseases (diarrhea, malaria, cholera) and which also emit an unpleasant foul odor for the people of the village.

This project therefore aims to bring environmental and health improvement to the whole village by initiating the construction of latrines for the villagers. Initially planned for the school group, the initiative was reoriented towards the village to avoid any pressure on the school. Management will then be ensured by the Village Chief and his notables who have already met and made aware of this by the project focal point.
